Job Description:
As a Social Media and Communications Specialist at Jugal's, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital communications strategy. Utilize tools such as Canva and FB Business Suite to create visually appealing social media content that aligns with our brand identity.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and messages received through social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and industry developments.
Utilize advanced Excel or other analytics tools to track and analyze social media and campaign performance.
Manage the company's website using Wix or other website management platforms, ensuring up-to-date content and seamless user experience.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media and Communications Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing digital communications strategies across various platforms.
Proficiency in using Canva and FB Business Suite for content creation and social media management.
Good understanding of tools such as Later or Hootsuite is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with online audiences.
