Equal Representation: By 2025, we are dedicated to achieving equal representation of men and women in our workplace. To foster this change, we have taken steps to encourage women to join our team, including appointing a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) trained manager. Women's Well-being: We recognize and prioritize the unique needs of our women employees. As part of our commitment to their well-being, we provide paid menstrual leaves of two days per month, acknowledging and supporting their health and personal circumstances.

Additionally, we organized the inaugural Jugal's Mishti Literature Festival in February 2023, the world's first-ever literature festival dedicated to mishti. This two-day convention brought together leading minds in the industry and beyond, exploring the history, legacy, economics, and socio-cultural impact of the dairy-dependent mishti industry.

Furthermore, we are proud to introduce the Mishti Industry Research Program, a pioneering initiative that brings together esteemed members of our Advisory Board and independent researchers worldwide. This program aims to create a publicly accessible repository of data, case studies, insights, and stories centered around the mishti industry. The research findings will be released in three phases over the next year, with the first publication launched during the festival.
